Should I use expert Salvage kit on these? also what items should I use regular salvage kits on? and should I use them on white and blue items?

Do you need to use the expert slavage kit on Unid Creature items or can you use them on ID ones

to get a weapon mod use expert salvage
to get crafting material use normal salvage
